When joining as a member of Ultimate Fitness, you must present a valid drivers license as proof of residence.. If you reside on Long Island, you must have a valid membership at either our Patchogue or Medford location. You will not be able to sign up as a member of our Queens location if you live on Long Island.. . Any abuse or misuse of pay one use 3 benefit will result in termination of the 3 gyms for 1 benefit.  You will only be able to use your home gym.
